Well so far I suck at entering stuff. I have to get better.
Running - 47 minutes - and it felt great - very slow though but that's okay because the idea was to get out there and run - not run fast
Biked on the trainer for 2 hours and 10 minutes
Strength training - 30 minutes (2 different days of torture sets and some reverse crunches)
