week ob February 16, 2009

My energy sucked all last week but I did start feeling better on Sunday. I ran 5 miles on Sunday and the last 3/4 of a mile felt pretty strong - that was fun.

Run - 1:25 (7.4 miles)

Bike - 1:52 (all on the trainer)

Strength - 22 minutes

Total - 3:39

  1. You were strong for the whole five miles but really pushed yourself that last bit! I really loved that run with you. Maybe the weather will warm back up so we can get some more miles in this week?
